About Us

About PW Feed

PW Feed is a technology brand that develops reliable, understandable and sustainable software solutions for businesses using WordPress and WooCommerce. Our work focuses on helping e-commerce websites organise product data, simplify technical operations, strengthen security and manage everyday processes with greater control.

Google Merchant Center 13

We believe that a WordPress plugin should do more than perform a single technical task. Software developed for a professional website should work reliably under real conditions, avoid burdening users with unnecessary technical complexity, remain compatible with the existing website structure and continue to receive supported updates.

For this reason, we do not treat PW Feed projects as products made only of feature lists. Every project is evaluated as a complete system that includes usability, security, performance, licensing, updates, support and long-term sustainability.

Our goal is to create practical solutions that address real WordPress and WooCommerce needs while making complex processes easier to understand and manage.

What we develop today

PW Feed develops software primarily for WordPress and WooCommerce environments. We focus particularly on the product management, pricing, backup, security, licensing, update and platform integration requirements faced by e-commerce businesses.

Our current development work includes tools that connect WooCommerce products with Google Merchant Center, systems that review product data quality, WordPress security solutions, backup plugins, exchange-rate-based price management and commercial extensions supported by a central licensing structure.

Each project addresses a different business requirement. However, all PW Feed projects share the same central goal: reducing technical complexity and helping users manage their daily operations more efficiently.

An e-commerce business does not only need to list and sell products. Product prices must remain current. Stock information must be accurate. Product data must be prepared correctly for external platforms. The website must remain secure. Reliable backups must be available, and installed software must continue to receive supported updates.

PW Feed develops tools that help make these responsibilities more organised, visible and manageable.

The PW Merchant project

PW Merchant is the WooCommerce Google Merchant API plugin at the centre of our current development work.

Google Merchant Center 9

The project is designed to help WooCommerce store owners review, prepare, submit and manage their products for Google Merchant Center through a more structured and controlled workflow.

Managing products for Google Merchant Center involves much more than sending a product title and price. Product descriptions, images, stock status, page links, brand details, product identifiers, variations and several other data fields may influence the Merchant process.

A product can appear complete on a WooCommerce store page while still containing missing or unsuitable information for Google Merchant Center. These issues may result in warnings, product disapprovals, incomplete listings or time-consuming manual corrections.

PW Merchant is designed to make potential issues more visible before or during Merchant operations.

The plugin helps classify reviewed products according to their overall condition. Products may be presented as suitable, problematic or critical, depending on the available data and detected issues.

This helps users create a clear order of priority.

Critical products can be reviewed first. Problematic products can be improved before the next operation. Suitable products can move forward through a more controlled Merchant workflow.

The purpose of PW Merchant is not simply to transfer products. Its wider goal is to establish a more understandable, reliable and sustainable product management experience between WooCommerce and Google Merchant Center.

API-based product management

PW Merchant is built around an API-based product management workflow.

An API connection allows Merchant operations to be carried out in a more structured and controlled way. Product or product-group operations can be followed more closely, tasks can be scheduled when appropriate and results can be reviewed through a clearer management interface.

Google Merchant Center 3

This does not mean that the user must be a software developer.

The technical connection and communication processes operate in the background. The store owner interacts with understandable WordPress administration screens to review products, see relevant issues and start supported operations.

Large product catalogues require careful management.

Processing hundreds or thousands of products without planning may create unnecessary pressure on a website server. PW Merchant therefore considers controlled processing, scheduling and catalogue size as important parts of the overall workflow.

Resource-intensive processes can be planned for quieter times. Products can be handled in manageable groups, and operation results can be reviewed after completion.

This approach creates a more practical environment for WooCommerce stores that manage large or frequently changing catalogues.

Why product data quality matters

Product data quality is one of the most important parts of Google Merchant Center management.

A missing image, incorrect price, outdated stock status, invalid product link, incomplete description or missing brand detail may prevent a product from being evaluated as expected.

PW Merchant is developed to make product data quality more visible.

A user should not receive only a general message stating that an operation failed. Wherever possible, the user should be able to understand which product was affected, which area should be checked and how important the issue may be.

Google Merchant Center 7

This approach helps store owners identify problems earlier.

Instead of searching through every product after a Merchant operation, the WooCommerce catalogue can be reviewed in advance. Missing information can be improved, and a more organised Merchant workflow can be established.

PW Merchant does not guarantee product approval, advertising performance or sales results.

Google Merchant Center evaluates accounts and products according to its own policies, review systems and technical requirements. Store owners remain responsible for the accuracy of their website, business details and product information.

The role of PW Merchant is to provide tools that make product management clearer, more organised and easier to control.

Our other WordPress and WooCommerce solutions

PW Feed is not limited to Merchant management.

We develop complementary software for a range of requirements within the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem.

PW Security is designed to help WordPress site owners improve login protection, review file changes, identify possible risks and manage website security through a more controlled environment.

Its purpose is not to overwhelm users with complex security terminology. The goal is to make important conditions and actions more understandable.

PW Backup is developed to help WordPress users create, manage and restore website and database backups through a more organised process.

Website security is not limited to preventing attacks. Reliable backups are also essential when dealing with data loss, failed updates, server problems or administrative mistakes.

PW Currency is designed for WooCommerce stores that set product prices according to a source currency. The project helps convert prices into the store’s main currency using current exchange rates and update the standard WooCommerce price fields in a consistent way.

We are also developing complementary systems for software distribution, secure downloads, central communication, licence management and controlled updates.

Although these projects serve different purposes, they share the same development principles: security, performance, usability, sustainability and practical value.

Secure and licensed use

The secure distribution and authorised use of commercial software are important parts of the PW Feed approach.

PW Feed plugins work with a structure that supports licence verification, domain-based authorisation, controlled updates, secure package access and continued product support.

Users do not need to understand the technical architecture behind these processes.

What matters is that the customer can access an original software package, receive authorised updates and review the licence status through a reliable process.

A secure licensing structure helps reduce the risks associated with modified, unofficial or untrusted plugin packages. It also creates a clearer relationship between the installed software, supported updates and customer assistance.

Our goal is not to make licensing complicated. The purpose is to provide a more reliable software experience through a controlled system that works in the background.

Developed for real use cases

PW Feed projects are not designed only around theoretical scenarios.

We consider the problems experienced by real WooCommerce stores, the demands created by large catalogues, different server environments, changing prices, stock management and the varying technical knowledge of users.

A feature is not successful only because it functions technically. Users must be able to understand what the feature does, when it should be used and what action should be taken when a problem occurs.

For this reason, we place strong importance on clear, guided and understandable administration interfaces.

We also aim to make our solutions as theme-independent as possible. A WooCommerce plugin should work across different store designs without making unnecessary changes to the active theme.

Performance is another core priority.

A plugin offering many features should not automatically be allowed to place unnecessary pressure on the website. Database usage, background processes, scheduled tasks, file loads and administration performance must be evaluated together.

Our development process therefore considers both functionality and operational cost.

A GEO-first and SEO-supported approach

PW Feed does not only develop software. We also create information structures that explain our products clearly and help users find accurate answers.

Google Merchant Center 8

Search behaviour is changing.

People no longer rely only on traditional search-result pages. They increasingly ask questions directly through generative artificial intelligence systems and expect complete, understandable answers.

For this reason, our content strategy prioritises GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, before traditional SEO.

GEO-focused content defines a topic clearly, answers relevant questions directly and explains relationships between concepts in a structured way.

This helps AI-supported search and answer systems interpret the content within the correct context.

SEO then strengthens this foundation through search intent, natural keyword usage, internal linking, page structure and user experience.

Our goal is not simply to appear in search results. We aim to publish useful and reliable information that can be evaluated by users, search engines and generative systems with greater confidence.

A brief background of our experience

Our experience in web technologies extends back to the late 1990s.

The knowledge gained while working on web, e-commerce and digital visibility projects for hundreds of businesses during the Pozitifweb and later Poyraz Web periods now forms the practical foundation of the software developed under PW Feed.

We do not present this background as a long agency story.

Google Merchant Center 12

It is simply the experience behind the work we do today.

Internet technologies, user expectations, search systems and e-commerce platforms have changed significantly over the years. However, the principles of reliable work, accurate information, sustainable development and practical user value have remained consistent.

Today, this experience is being transformed into modern WordPress and WooCommerce solutions.

The purpose of PW Feed

PW Feed aims to develop professional solutions that help businesses manage WordPress and WooCommerce operations more easily.

We work to help users organise product information, understand Merchant processes, protect their websites, maintain reliable backups and receive authorised plugin updates.

For every project, we ask the same essential questions:

Does this software solve a real problem?

Can the user understand what action is required?

Can the system operate securely and sustainably?

Can it work with the existing WordPress or WooCommerce structure without creating unnecessary disruption?

Google Merchant Center 4

Can it continue to receive updates and support over time?

PW Feed is built to develop software that can answer these questions positively.

We continue to create solutions that reduce technical complexity, provide users with greater control and make modern e-commerce operations easier to manage.

Built on active e-commerce experience

We currently own and operate three established e-commerce websites. This means our development decisions are not based only on theory, documentation or isolated technical tests.

We work with real products, customers, payments, stock changes, pricing updates, shipping processes, returns, advertising, product data and daily store operations. Because we actively manage these businesses, we understand the practical needs of e-commerce store owners, the problems that can interrupt daily work and the features that genuinely make a system easier to use.

This direct experience helps us evaluate our software from the perspective of both a developer and a store owner. We know that a useful e-commerce solution must be reliable, clear, secure, manageable and suitable for real business conditions.

For this reason, PW Feed products are developed with a strong understanding of what modern WooCommerce stores actually need.
