Accuracy of information provided by users
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through contact, support, licence and purchase forms is accurate and current.
This includes:
- Your name
- Business or company information
- Email address
- Telephone number where provided
- Website domain
- Billing or tax information
- Payment sender name
- WordPress and WooCommerce information
- Software version
- Licence status
Incorrect email or domain information may delay licence creation or cause activation information to be sent incorrectly.
PW Feed is not responsible for delays caused solely by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Product information
We aim to describe PW Feed products and services accurately. However, product interfaces, features, compatibility, screenshots and documentation may change as software is developed and updated.
The features available to you depend on:
- The product purchased
- The installed version
- The licence type
- The supported WordPress and WooCommerce environment
- The active configuration
- External platform availability
Website descriptions are intended to explain the general purpose of the product. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every feature will work with every third-party theme, plugin, server or custom software configuration.
PW Merchant purpose
PW Merchant is designed to help WooCommerce businesses review product information and manage supported Google Merchant Center operations through an API-based workflow.
PW Merchant may help users:
- Review WooCommerce product data
- Identify missing or inconsistent information
- Classify suitable, problematic and critical products
- Manage supported product operations
- Schedule demanding processes where available
- Review operation results and technical responses
PW Merchant does not replace WooCommerce, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, the customer’s website-management responsibilities or compliance with external platform policies.
No guarantee of Google approval or commercial results
PW Feed does not guarantee:
- Approval of a Google Merchant Center account
- Approval of every product
- Removal of all Merchant warnings
- Acceptance of inaccurate or incomplete product information
- Advertising performance
- Increased website traffic
- Increased sales or revenue
- Continuous availability of Google or another external service
- Permanent compatibility with an external platform
Google and other third parties apply their own policies, review procedures, automated systems and technical requirements.
The store owner remains responsible for the accuracy of product information, business details, shipping conditions, return policies, website accessibility and legal compliance.
Software licence conditions
PW Feed software is licensed, not sold as unrestricted intellectual property.
Unless the applicable licence plan states otherwise, a standard PW Merchant licence is intended for one authorised domain and one permitted installation.
A software licence may provide the customer with a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the software according to the applicable licence period and product conditions.
You must not:
- Share the licence key with unauthorised persons
- Use a one-domain licence on unrelated websites
- Resell or redistribute the plugin as your own product
- Publish the source package for public download
- Remove or bypass licence-verification controls
- Attempt to generate unauthorised licence codes
- Modify the software for the purpose of avoiding payment or authorisation
- Offer nulled, cracked or modified copies
- Transfer the licence without approval where transfer is restricted
More detailed rights and restrictions may be included in a separate Software Licence Agreement.
Authorised domain use
The licence is created for the domain submitted during the purchase or activation process.
You are responsible for entering the correct website domain.
A licence may need to be updated or transferred when:
- The business moves to a new domain
- The website changes between a subdomain and main domain
- A development website becomes the production website
- An agency transfers management to the client
Do not activate the same single-domain licence on multiple unrelated websites.
Staging or development use depends on the applicable licence conditions. Contact PW Feed before activating the licence on an additional test environment when the licence terms are unclear.
Licence verification
PW Feed products may communicate with an authorised licence service to verify product identity, licence status, website domain, installed version and update eligibility.
The licence structure is intended to support:
- Authorised use
- Original package distribution
- Controlled updates
- Licence-status information
- Support continuity
- Protection against unauthorised copies
Users are not required to manage the internal verification architecture.
Attempting to disable, deceive or overload the verification service may result in suspension of access, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.
Purchase process
Until an integrated card-payment service is introduced, PW Feed products may be purchased through a form and bank-transfer process.
The current process may include:
- Completing the online purchase form
- Providing the purchaser, email and domain information
- Reviewing the product, licence and price
- Submitting the purchase request
- Receiving a request reference
- Making payment to the displayed bank account
- Including the name or reference in the payment description
- Waiting for payment verification
- Receiving the licence and activation instructions by email
A purchase request alone does not confirm payment or licence delivery.
The licence is prepared after the required payment is received and matched with the purchase information.
Payment by bank transfer
The customer must use the bank details displayed on the official PW Feed purchase page.
The payment amount, currency, account holder and reference information should be reviewed before sending funds.
Unless otherwise stated, international bank fees, intermediary-bank deductions and sender charges are the responsibility of the sender.
The amount received should match the displayed product price. An incomplete payment may delay licence delivery.
You must not submit online banking passwords, payment-card numbers or private banking credentials through the purchase form.
Prices, taxes and currency
Product prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant purchase page.
The purchase page or invoice should indicate whether applicable taxes are included or added separately.
Taxes and invoicing obligations may vary according to the customer’s country, consumer or business status, billing information and applicable law.
PW Feed may change future product prices. However, the price confirmed for a completed and accepted purchase request will remain subject to the conditions applicable to that transaction.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information where required.
Licence delivery
After the payment is confirmed, the licence record will be created using the information submitted through the purchase form.
The licence key and activation information will normally be sent to the registered email address.
Delivery may be delayed where:
- The payment cannot be matched with the request
- The payment amount is incomplete
- The purchaser information is inconsistent
- The email address or domain is incorrect
- Additional verification is reasonably required
- The request is submitted outside business hours
- A bank or technical service experiences delay
Please review your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear in your inbox.
Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Consumer cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights depend on the customer’s location, the nature of the transaction, the type of digital product or service, whether performance has started and the mandatory law applicable to the sale.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to remove or restrict a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Where the law permits a digital service or digital-content exception after performance has begun, any required prior information and customer acknowledgement should be obtained through the purchase process.
Refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed under:
- The applicable mandatory law
- The product and licence conditions
- The stage of licence delivery or activation
- Whether the service has begun
- Whether the software has been downloaded or used
- The reason for the request
Detailed conditions should be published separately in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-contract Information Form.
A statement that all digital purchases are automatically and unconditionally non-refundable should not be interpreted as overriding rights provided by mandatory law.
Updates
Access to updates depends on the product, licence status and applicable licence period.
Updates may contain:
- Compatibility improvements
- Security-related changes
- Bug fixes
- Performance improvements
- Interface changes
- Merchant connection adjustments
- New or revised product-management features
You are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing compatibility before applying updates to a production website.
Do not apply a major update while a large background operation, database process or product synchronisation is active.
PW Feed does not guarantee indefinite support for obsolete WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP or plugin versions.
System requirements and compatibility
The customer is responsible for checking the system requirements published for the relevant software version.
A suitable environment may require:
- A supported WordPress version
- An active and supported WooCommerce version
- A supported PHP version
- HTTPS
- Reliable WordPress or server cron operation
- Working outbound HTTPS connections
- A healthy database
- Sufficient server memory and processing resources
PW Feed cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting provider, security system, custom codebase or external integration.
Where a third-party product alters WooCommerce prices, stock, product identifiers or API behaviour, additional review may be necessary.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining an accurate WooCommerce catalogue
- Keeping product prices and stock information current

- Reviewing operation results and warnings
- Complying with tax, consumer, privacy and commercial laws
The user must not rely on the plugin as a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, advertising or business advice.

- PW Feed product and version
- Licence status

- Steps that produced the problem
Do not submit complete licence keys, passwords, access tokens, customer information or banking credentials through public messages.
Third-party services
PW Feed products may interact with independent third-party platforms and technologies, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Google services, hosting providers, email systems, banking services and payment providers.
These services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability standards and technical requirements.
PW Feed does not control:
- Google policy decisions
- Google Merchant Center review outcomes
- Third-party service outages
- Hosting-provider restrictions
- External API changes
- Third-party plugin updates
- Bank transfer processing times
A change made by a third-party provider may require PW Feed software to be updated or adjusted.
Independent-provider notice
PW Feed is an independent software provider unless an official partnership is expressly stated in writing.
Google, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, WordPress, WooCommerce and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Use of these names describes compatibility, integration or the relevant technology environment and does not automatically imply endorsement, sponsorship or official partnership.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the PW Feed website, software, source code, branding, logos, documentation, designs, text, screenshots, videos, interface elements and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant PW Feed rights holder.
You may not, without written permission:
- Copy substantial website content for commercial use
- Republish PW Feed documentation as your own
- Redistribute software packages
- Sell modified copies under another name
- Use the PW Feed name or logo to imply false affiliation
- Remove copyright or ownership notices
- Create unauthorised derivative commercial products
Normal references, lawful quotations and links to public PW Feed pages are permitted when they do not misrepresent ownership or affiliation.
Feedback and suggestions
You may provide feedback, feature requests or suggestions about PW Feed products.
Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement applies, submitting a general suggestion does not create an obligation to implement it or pay compensation.
PW Feed may use general feedback to improve products, documentation and user experience, while respecting applicable privacy obligations.
Service availability
We aim to maintain reliable website, licence, download, update and support services.
However, services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Security updates
- Server or network problems
- Third-party outages
- Emergency protection measures
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Events outside reasonable control
Continuous, uninterrupted and error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Where practical, significant planned maintenance may be communicated through the website, software interface or email.
Suspension and termination
PW Feed may suspend or terminate access to a licence, download, update or support service where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
- Payment has not been completed
- Information was supplied fraudulently
- A licence has been shared or resold without authority
- Software has been modified to bypass licence controls
- The service is being attacked or abused
- The user is violating applicable law
- The user is causing material harm to systems or other users
Where appropriate and legally required, the user may be given notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Suspension or termination does not remove any mandatory legal rights or payment obligations already established.
Disclaimer
PW Feed products and website information are provided to support WordPress and WooCommerce management. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or advertising advice.
Product documentation and checks are intended to assist users, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of the resulting configuration.
PW Feed does not represent that every detected product condition is the only issue affecting Google Merchant Center processing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PW Feed will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This may include loss resulting from:
- Third-party platform outages
- Google policy or API changes
- Unsupported software environments
- Incorrect customer configuration
- Inaccurate product data
- Unauthorised plugin modifications
- Failure to create or maintain backups
- Hosting limitations
- Security credentials shared by the user
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability arising from intentional misconduct where applicable.
Any contractual limitation must be interpreted fairly and in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
Indemnity for unlawful use
To the extent permitted by law, a business user may be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from its unlawful use of the website or software, infringement of third-party rights or deliberate breach of these terms.
This provision does not remove protections available to consumers under mandatory law.
Privacy and personal information
Personal information submitted through the website, purchase process, support system or licence service is handled according to the PW Feed Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Please review:
Submitting a contact or purchase form does not automatically provide consent for unrelated promotional marketing.
Optional marketing consent should be requested separately where applicable.
Cookies
The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies for security, sessions, form validation, spam prevention and website operation.
Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should be managed according to the applicable Cookie Policy and consent requirements.

Electronic communications
By submitting a purchase, licence or support request, you agree to receive service-related communications necessary to process that request.
These communications may include:
- Request confirmation
- Payment or licence information
- Activation instructions
- Support responses
- Security notifications
- Important compatibility or service notices
Operational communication is separate from optional promotional marketing.
Changes to products and services
PW Feed may improve, update, replace or discontinue features as technology, security, external APIs and user requirements change.
Where a material change affects an active paid service, reasonable information may be provided through the website, software interface or registered email address.
No provision requires PW Feed to maintain an obsolete technology indefinitely when continued support is technically unsafe, legally restricted or commercially unreasonable.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when products, payment methods, legal requirements, service providers or business processes change.
The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
Material changes affecting active licence holders may also be communicated through email or the plugin interface where appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights that already apply to a completed transaction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically mean that PW Feed has permanently waived the right to enforce that provision later.
Any formal waiver must be clear and authorised.
Assignment
Users may not transfer their contractual rights, licence or obligations to another person or business where the applicable licence prohibits transfer, unless written approval is obtained.
PW Feed may transfer business-related rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, sale or service transition, provided that applicable customer and data-protection rights are respected.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are generally governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection laws that may apply based on the customer’s location and the nature of the transaction.
Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to that consumer.
Dispute resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact PW Feed through the official form and explain the issue clearly.
We will attempt to review legitimate disputes in good faith.
Where an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent consumer authority, consumer arbitration committee, consumer court or other authorised court or dispute-resolution body according to applicable law.
Business-to-business disputes may be handled by the courts or authorities identified under the applicable agreement and procedural rules.

If a related document does not yet exist, its absence does not remove rights provided by mandatory law.
